5 cl Medronho Original or Smooth 42
4 raspberries
3 cl port wine
2 cl honey syrup
Ice, as needed

Preparation:
Crush the raspberries in a strainer and transfer the purée to the shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, including the ice, and shake well. Using the shaker’s own strainer, pour everything into a cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
