Ingredients
5 cl Medronho Smooth 42
½ lime, cut into 4 pieces
3 sprigs of mint
2 dessert spoons of granulated sugar
1 glass of crushed ice
Sparkling water, to taste

Preparation:
In a tall (highball) glass, add the mint leaves, lime and sugar. Using a muddler, gently crush the ingredients until you get the amount of juice you like. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice. Now add the Medronho Smooth 42. Top up with sparkling water. Stir gently with a long spoon to bring all the flavours together. Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of lime.
