Medronho Orange Sour

Ingredients
5 cl Medronho Smooth 42
1/2 glass of fresh orange juice
3 cl lemon juice
1 dessert spoon of honey
1.5 cl egg white or Fee Foam
Ice, as needed

Preparation:
Get a highball glass ready and fill it with ice. Add all the ingredients to a shaker, including two ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with orange zest or a slice of dehydrated orange.
