Júnior Jacques presents the original essence of the Southwest. Made with ripe fruit harvested in Autumn, artisanally distilled in a small copper still in 2022 and subtly aged for 6 months in French oak casks, this Aged Medronho is a sublime ode to tradition. Its high proof attests to the purity of the distillate, made exclusively from arbutus fruit, with a complex aroma of dried fruits, wood and spices. On the palate it’s delicate, smooth and surprisingly fruity, where the flavor of arbutus blends with other exotic aromas. The finish is long, with persistent notes of oak and spices. A superior spirit that can be enjoyed neat or on ice.
